Confidentiality is foundational to how we work. This statement summarises the mutual confidentiality commitment we hold with the people we work with.
1. Scope
Everything shared during an engagement — conversations, documents, names, and outcomes — is held in strict confidence.
2. Non-Disclosure
Client names, project details, or engagement outcomes are never published, referenced, or used as testimonials — on this site or anywhere else — without explicit written consent.
3. Exceptions
Confidentiality may be lifted only to the minimum extent required by applicable law, or where there is a serious and imminent risk to a person’s life or safety.
4. Data Handling
How any personal data you share is collected, stored, and protected is described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
5. Duration
This confidentiality commitment continues indefinitely, including after an engagement ends.
