Code of Ethics

Draft — subject to review by legal counsel before production use.
The principles that govern our practice. We are clear, measured, and committed to the client’s interest.
1. Confidentiality
Every engagement is held in strict confidence. See our Confidentiality statement for detail.
2. Clear Boundaries
We define our role, scope, and expectations clearly from the outset. The relationship is professional and grounded in mutual respect.
3. Non-Judgment
We meet the client where they are, without judgment. The aim is clarity and direction — not approval or condemnation.
4. The Limits of Coaching
Coaching is not therapy, nor medical, legal, or financial advice. Where specialist support is needed, we refer the client to an appropriate professional.
5. Conflicts of Interest
We avoid conflicts of interest that could compromise impartiality, and disclose them transparently when unavoidable.
6. Honesty About Fit
When we are not the right fit, we say so plainly — and decline an engagement where appropriate.
